in a favorable adjustment to their state assigned property values.
Even if a district is assigned "local values" by the PTD, our
quality assurance review can frequently identify additional
adjustments that will further reduce the property values used
by the Texas Education Agency in its state aid calculations
thereby generating additional state funds for our clients.
